Start and finish your brunch off right with refreshing, sweet, and creamy cocktails!

Carrot Cake

1 oz Goldschläger 1 oz Baileys 1 oz Kahlua 1 oz Butterscotch Schnapps

Cream Cheese Frosting, put on plate for the rim Crushed Walnuts, dip cream cheese rim in

Dip rim of glass in cream cheese and then in crushed walnuts. Place glass aside. Take a shaker and add ice about 3 quarters high. Add the Goldschläger, Baileys, Kahlua, and Butterscotch Schnapps and shake vigorously. You can strain into rimmed glass and enjoy. This recipe makes 2 shots or one cocktail!

Tequila Sunrise Mimosa

1 oz of your favorite Champagne (we all have one) 1 oz orange juice 1 oz tequila Grenadine for garnish Orange slices for garnish

In a champagne glass, add tequila and champagne. It will fill the glass about ⅔ of the way. Add Orange juice and then a splash of grenadine to top it off. A quarter of a slice of orange will adorn this brunch cocktail perfectly!

Refreshing Strawberry Lemonade

1.5 oz Vodka 1 oz Lemon Juice 1 oz Simple Syrup (2 parts sugar, 1 part hot water until dissolved) 1 lemon sliced 2 strawberries, halved, remove stems/leaves

In a shaker, muddle 2 strawberries and 2 slices of lemon. Add ⅔ ice and the Vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake vigorously. Strain over fresh ice in your rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon slice and strawberry half
