FAQ

WHAT ARE YOUR INVESTMENTS BASED ON?

So a wedding planners' fees typically run off of a few different factors. They are date, budget, logistics, and location. We offer discounts throughout the year for referrals, last minute deals, etc. Everyone's fee is different because every person's expectations are different.

WHAT IF MY VENUE OFFERS A VENUE COORDINATOR?

Typically, Venue Coordinators at hotels or venues have the job of overseeing the wedding details that are directly related to the venue (and sometimes the food and beverage as well).  It is not in their job description to confirm your vendors, run your rehearsal, set up all of your decor, oversee the vendors on your wedding day, cue you down the aisle at your ceremony, ensure the DJ and all the other vendors are ready for each event, problem-solve issues that arise, and make sure all of the day’s events are running according to schedule.  We often play the part of a construction worker, DJ, mediator, and honestly any role that arises and needs to be handled. As professional Wedding Coordinators, our services are crucial for every event with or without an additional team player.

I ONLY NEED YOU THERE THAT DAY, IS THAT OKAY?

Despite the common misconception, "day-of" does not exist. It is considered to be more month of. Our management service is more than the ordinary day-of coordination package though. We pieced together everything that you need in order to have a flawless day and for us to do our job properly

WHY HIRE A COORDINATOR?

Statistics show that the average wedding takes approximately 250 hours to plan. A Coordinator can save you time spent researching and planning.  A Coordinator can also help you prioritize your vendors, get your budget in order, provide qualified vendor referrals, accompany you to vendor meetings and know what questions to ask, review vendor contracts, negotiate on your behalf, and save you money. And that final month prior to your wedding, a Coordinator will confirm your vendors, make a timeline, run your rehearsal, and be there to make sure that you, your family, and friends enjoy a totally stress-free day!
